Receiving The Juice The box is tightly packed and well insulated. It will not thaw out if received during the day and moved into the freezer when you return from work.
Arrival Time Your juice will arrive by the end of the day you selected.  We send an email with a specific arrival time and date when your box ships.  Look in your inbox after 4 pm the day before your box is to arrive or call us if you need an update. 
Special Instructions Put a note on the door for the UPS truck driver with any special requests.
Cautions If receiving the box at the office, do not open it to check the contents.  This will allow the cold to escape!  Leave the box  sealed and open it only when you are able to unpack the cooler into your freezer.
