How Do We Drink It?

Most often, we add 3 parts water to 1 part juice as we recommend. We enjoy it this way, it helps us hydrate and this method makes for happy customers.

Recipes You Can Try

Water

You are already adding at least 3 times more water than juice. Adding even more water will speed the thaw and further smooth out the taste of the juice. Experiment with different amounts to get your perfect ratio.

Stevia

Stevia is a herb and does not contain any sugars such as glucose, fructose, etc. Prepare your juice by adding 3 times more water than juice as shown in the video. You can then add small amounts of stevia and taste.

Citrus Juices

Citrus juices disguise the taste. Instead of adding water to speed the thaw, use orange juice. Note that the colder the juice the slower the thaw. Best with freshly squeezed orange juice.

For Your Blender

Green Mango Smoothie

1/2 banana
1 cup frozen fruit (mango or mixed berries are our favorites)
1 cup water
1 oz wheatgrass juice (2 cubes)
Blend adding frozen fruit or water for consistency.

For Your Juicer

Green Oranges

Juice of 3 oranges
1 tablespoon grated ginger

Add 1 oz wheatgrass juice (2 cubes)
Stir to thaw and serve with mint

Apple Carrot Delight

3 carrots
2 apples
Ginger optional

Add 1 oz wheatgrass juice (2 cubes)
Stir to thaw and serve

Simple apples

2 medium apples

Add 1 oz wheatgrass juice (2 cubes)
Stir to thaw and serve

Cleanser Special

3 carrots
1/2 beetroot
2 celery sticks
1/2 lemon
Small handful of parsley and/or mint
