We are a small family business and always strive to do the right thing. Our intention is to delight you and retain your business indefinitely.
If you are unable to consume the juice for any reason, we will make it right with better instruction, a replacement or a refund.
Returns
Significant expense is incurred making wheatgrass juice and in particular, getting it delivered to your door. Please give us a chance to make it right if at all possible.

Returns Method
Call first for an agreed upon action plan.
If a refund or replacement is needed, we will need your help. The juice is frozen and perishable. It cannot be shipped back to us and you will need to dispose of it locally.
Refunds
Replacements and refunds are free.
If refunding, it will be processed immediately. We will refund up to 100% of your purchase and with no retained shipping costs and no restocking fee. Please note that our processor is PayPal and they can take up to a week to post the refund your account.
