WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Frozen wheatgrass juice inside insulated containers (type 6 recyclable). Upon receipt, move these into your freezer. Keep frozen. Remove a box from the freezer when you plan to prepare the juice. Use the packages directly from the container and they will remain frozen during preparation.

PREPARATION 2 OF 4
Add Wheatgrass Juice & Water To Blender
A wheatgrass juice drink will contain both wheatgrass juice and water (to thaw)
- Each bag of wheatgrass juice contains 10 fl oz of wheatgrass juice
- Most blenders have a volume measurement on the side
The serving ratio is:
-
1 part wheatgrass juice
-
3 parts room temperature water
Start with:
-
1 bag wheatgrass juice (10 fl ozs)
-
30 fl ozs of room temperature water (warm but not boiled)

PREPARATION 3 OF 4
Agitate Slowly In The Blender
Set the blender to the slowest speed and turn it on. It will take approximately 1 minute 45 seconds of light agitation for the thaw to complete. While this happens, you can load an additional blender to speed service.
The juice is ready to serve when the blades stop hitting juice pieces. The warmth of the water will complete the thaw. We do not need the blender to break up the cubes. Blending at high speeds will put air into the juice and this is not desirable.
PREPARATION 4 OF 4
Pour Blender Contents Into A Serving Pitcher
This is a fairly typical bar pitcher which is 64 fl ozs in size. This pitcher would hold 16 servings of wheatgrass juice, 4 fl ozs each in size. A smaller or larger pitcher would hold a different number of servings.
SERVICE
Serve 4 Fl Oz Drinks
A typical juice glass (the smallest in a set) is 6 fl ozs. You only want to pour 4 fl ozs per drink. Either have food service provide the right size or fill a 6 fl oz juice glass 2/3rds full.
Note:
- Prepared wheatgrass juice can settle if left for an extended time, a quick stir of a glass or pitcher will instantly bring it back to normal
OPTIONAL
Wheatgrass Display Pieces
There is no cost for us to provide these. If they are appropriate for your venue, we will send them. They look good and quite frankly, when people see them, they just have to touch them.
